How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection and click “Add to Cart” for the items you’d like to purchase.When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your order securely through our payment system.You will receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! FlexiView ships internationally. We provide unlimited free and fast shipping during certain campaign periods. Check our homepage and product pages for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship internationally, and on average, delivery takes about 14 days. Delays can occur due to factors like customs processing, weather conditions, and flight capacity issues.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dg-nord.dk before your order is processed. We will do our best to update the information in time.Once your order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible. In this case, we will need to wait for the package to return to us before we can process a refund or arrange a reshipment.

Order & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, and we cover the cost of return shipping.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@dg-nord.dk with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Before shipping your item back, please provide a photo of the product so we can verify its condition. If your return is related to a functionality issue, please also include a short video showing the problem. This helps us understand the issue clearly and ensure the proper resolution.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and everything meets our return requirements, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If we need additional information or clarification, we will contact you directly.Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to complete the refund posting to your account.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Not all items are eligible for returns. Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty, are not eligible. Returns must be initiated within 30 days, in the original packaging, and in 'as new' condition. For items with functionality issues, please provide a photo and a short video demonstrating the problem.
