Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Our team generally requires 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a second email including your tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Any announcements about holiday schedules or delays will be posted on our homepage.
Shipping Timeframe
FlexiView ships internationally, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. On average, most orders arrive within approximately 14 days.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible, before your order is processed. You can email us at info@dg-nord.dk.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery details. In such cases, we must wait for the package to be returned before issuing a refund or resending the item. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order before it has been processed. To request a cancellation, email us at info@dg-nord.dk, and we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure once the package arrives. After we receive the returned item, we will complete your refund.
Lost Packages (Not Delivered Within Expected Time)
If your order has not arrived within 45 days from the shipping date, please contact us. Orders not delivered within this timeframe are considered lost.
Once we verify the situation, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement according to your preference.
Delivery Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at info@dg-nord.dk within 10 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Please note: FlexiView cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. We recommend checking with neighbours, family members, building management, and any secure delivery areas used by local couriers.
If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery date, we may be limited in the actions we can take.
Free Shipping
During promotional events, FlexiView may offer free or discounted shipping with no minimum purchase required. Any active shipping promotions will be displayed on our homepage and product pages.

At FlexiView, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. All return shipping costs are covered by us.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Items that arrive faulty or damaged are also eligible.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items cannot be returned if:
The return was not initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
The item was purchased as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, unless defective.
The item is returned without original packaging or is not in “as-new” condition.
Photos/videos were not provided when requested.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item or color, the quickest way is to complete a return for the original product. Once it is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
When your return arrives, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to finalize the posting of the refund.
